Customs and duties For orders outside the European Union, import duties and taxes may apply and are calculated at checkout. Relik Objects ships DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) where available, meaning all applicable duties are collected upfront so there are no surprises upon delivery.

Lost or damaged shipments All shipments are tracked. If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date at info@relikobjects.com with your order number and photos of any damage. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
